Recycling Community Respond to Recycling Crises and Landfill Problems

America is undergoing a recycling catastrophe. The problem stems, in substantial part, from China's conclusion in 2018 to limit imports of certain recyclables, such as most utilized plastics and combined paper, such as office paper and junk mail.
